Presto Patterns +

Today's card is another inspiration from Tami White.  I watched another one of her videos, made a few changes and this is what I came up with.

Crafts 2011 232
In a nutshell, this is what I did:  brayered the Presto Patterns Specialty CS (cut 5 1/8 x 3 7/8) with Crumb Cake Classic ink.  After brayering to the desired color, I put the CS into the Framed Tulips Embossing folder S#121809.  Then I sponged the tulips with Crumb Cake Ink to make them stand out more.   I layered this on Soft Suede (5 1/4 x 4) and mounted on a Pink Pirouette card.

The Pink Pirouette flower is cut with the Fun Flowers Big Shot Die #121812.  Sponged and curled the petals a bit, added a clear button with a piece of linen thread tied through it and a couple leaves (Sizzlit Die Little Leaves #114511).  The final touch was the little butterfly in the corner.  I forgot to add the little rhinestone before I took the picture so I did it after the fact.  This is such an easy yet beautiful card to make, I made 5 of them while I was at it and I'm mailing three of them this morning–I love sharing my latest creations with my family and friends.

Thanks for stopping by.  See you tomorrow.
