Brayered Sky

Posted by on May 5, 2011 in Other

Welcome back!  Wednesdays are one of my favorite days of the week because it's my designated crafting day.  Kathy and I usually spend the day together and try out new products, stamps, techniques and recreate cards we've seen and liked.

Today's card is a beautiful brayered sky.  Glenda Mollet did a similar card before we had our Color Renovation so I took her idea and changed all the colors to current colors and here's what we came up with:

Here's the inside of the card:

I just learned that my sister-in-law's Dad passed away recently so I thought this would be appropriate for a sympathy card.

I'll be teaching the Brayered Sky technique at my Technique Club this evening.  Colors used are:  So Saffron, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, Early Expresso and Whisper White.  The moon is  a 1" circle.  I'm really pleaased with this card and hope you like it too.

See you tomorrow!
