More Convention Ideas
Convention this year was packed, as usual, with so many great classes, ideas and swaps, I barely know where to begin!
When we went to visit the Stampin' Up office in Riverton, we got to see a lot of 3-D displays, cards, Demonstrator Support and of course, the warehouse part of the business. I also got a lot of great swaps with excellent ideas.
Here's a photo of our Village of Cuteness, an extra class we attended on Friday evening:
We painted and decorated the houses and as a bonus, we indulges in a Dessert Evening filled with assorted yummy cupcakes, which Stampin' Up prepared for us. I showed my village to our granddaughter this evening and now she wants to make her own! What did I start?
Every day during Convention, we had a boxed lunch and here's a photo of one of our lunches–we were well taken care of, as you can see.
Here's another great card, photo taken from the screen and I couldn't zoom in any more so that explains the large black borders. This card was made with one of the stamp sets that all Convention attendees got for FREE, Best Friends Forever, 122805. I love the detail on this card.
In addition to all the great swaps, there were also lots of display boards to get ideas from. I would venture to say there were at least 40 display boards, if not more. Here's one that has some great ideas:
Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you soon!
