Welcome back. I'm putting on a Farewell Party for one of my downline, Judith Glazier, who is moving to the UK with her family. Since we're all in the card making business, we thought it would be fun to make hand stamped invitations to celebrate with her.
I got some ideas and created three samples this afternoon so I'd like to share them with you today. My first card is not new–I posted a similar one a little while ago. This card is done is Sahara Sand with Basic Black and a small strip of Mocha Morning Specialty paper–it looks real rich and has a velvet texture!
My second card is done in Soft Suede with another sample of this paper–the En Francais background in Soft Suede, the striped DSP and mini brads give this card a very classy look. The new mini brads are a lot smaller than the regular brads and are just perfect for so many creations.
Thank you for your kind comments on my blog this month to help me celebrate the 1st anniversary of my blog. For every comment you left, your name has gone into my bucket and I'll be doing a draw on September 1st to pick the lucky winner of a new product Sampler from the Holiday Mini. I'm so excited about all the new products Stampin' Up has introduced.
Thanks for stopping by. I'll be back soon.
