Congratulations to Jennifer Reynard–the winner of my August Blog celebration!  Thank you to all who left comments.  Jennifer will receive a little sampling of an assortment of embellishments from the Holiday Mini.  I'm looking forward to seeing what she might create with these goodies.

I meant to post this earlier, however, my day started very early when I filled a partial sick call at work.  I rushed home to finish the club preparations for my Stampers 10 Tech Club that started this evening and then I lost my internet connections.  I finally got reconnected, therefore this late post.

Today's share includes the technique cards we did this evening.  The first card is Clear Block Technique, and is a complete CASE from Linda Heller from the Stamping School.    We used Block C, inked it up and stamped it on cardstock with Crumb Cake Classic Ink.  Then we used the Rock 'n Roll Technique to stamp the leaf on top.

The second card uses a combination of several techniques so I made my own description:  Faux Pearl/Vintage Distressed.  The inks used in this card are Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede.

I got this technique from several sources and came up with my own plan.  Yeh!  It makes me feel so good when I can come up with my own idea.

You  really can't see the Faux Pearl on this photo, but let me assure you–it is absolutely beautiful!    Well, I think I've got to call it a day.

I had my grandchildren for a sleep over this evening so I've got to be up early to take them to school.  I've got another cute post to share with you when I get back.

Thanks for stopping by.
