Fun Creations for Kids!

Welcome back!  Thank you to all of you who have faithfully visited my blog even though I haven't been able to post.  I'm back home now and on the mend and I'm starting to feel and look a little more like myself.

We had our monthly HandiCrafters Potluck/Downline meeting today–a fantastic evening together.  We ate yummy food, shared great swaps, and cried too because Judith Glazier is moving to the UK and this was our last evening together as a group with Jude.

Today's projects were created by Connie Turner, based on a class planner prepared by Lakeside Stamper, Diane Caro with the Big Top Birthday DSP #122348.

Connie made adjustments to the projects and worked with the supplies she had.    So here are the projects–all that is, except for the georgeous LOLLY Connie made.  I hope to share that one with you soon!

First is little bag is filled with animal cookies and packaged so beautifully in lovely bright colors–it looks appealing enough for any adult to want to crack open.

The next project is the Fancy Favor Box #115965 decorated with more bright colors, a Punch Art Elephant, and filled with another bag of delicious animal cookies.  I'm sure when our grandson sees these, he'll want to open them right away so I'll be sure to keep them in safe place.

The next project is an adorable Punch Art, lion in a cage, Birthday card!  Notice those pleading eyes!  Embedded embossing is the technique used on the sky and the clouds.  What a card!

The last project I'll share today is another card.  This one is made with the A La Carte Elebration stamp #121175.  The elephant, balloon, clouds and pennant are raised with dimensionals.  The happy bright colors in this DSP make it the perfect fit for any kids celebration!  Connie, you did a FANTASTIC job!
