Fun Fold Gift Card Holder …

Posted by on Aug 19, 2012 in Other

Today's post is a wrap up of my year long Technique Club. The first technique was Heat Embossing. Although this is a very common and popular technique, club members got to use some new product to this amazing Gift Card holder:

The focal point of the card is attached to the card front with four dimensionals on the left half only–leaving the right hand free so the flap can slip underneath to close the card.  This card fold was inspired by Linda Heller from The Stamping School.  I made major changes to the card to make it my own;  LOVE this design and plan to make more cards using this format!

The second technique we learned today was Faux Stitching.  Here's the card we made using the Polka Dot Parade DSP #126902.
