Mini Gift Bags!
These adorable little gift bags were inspired by Jessica Taylor. The one thing I like about creating projects, is that when you see something you like, you don’t have to have the same supplies to recreate the project. In today’s project, I used the Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Stack from the 2016 Holiday catalogue. To make one bag, you need 2 – 6″ x 6″ pieces of DSP. Score at 1 1/2″ on three sides. on one sheet, cut out the two 1 1/2″ squares, attach to two pieces at the bottom, put adhesive on the remaining two 1 1/2″ squares as well as the back two 1 1/2″ sides. Attach the squares to the back side panels and then adhere the front panels onto the back panels.
Punch two holes for your ribbon, make the tag of your choice. Cut two pieces of ribbon 7 1/2″ long, (I used the Mini Tinsel Trim Combo Pack #144636 (page 21) from the Holiday catalogue) and feed through the tag and then through the right hole on the front of the bag and tie a single knot. Feed the other end in through the left hole and tie another knot. Feed and tie the second ribbon through the holes on the back of the bag. Add a little treat or surprise and your gift is ready!
Why not make a mini gift bag today? Have fun and try it. Use whatever supplies you have and see how easy it is to create this bag. Thanks for visiting today! Happy crafting!
