Farmhouse Christmas!

Posted by on Sep 5, 2018 in Christmas, Holiday

The 2018 Holiday catalogue is live!  Yay!  The Mossy Meadow card is CASE a card from the Farmhouse Christmas Suite with the exception of the doily.  The second card is my own version, using the same suite with a few changes in color, DSP pattern, ribbon and ink. The Corrugated Textured Embossing Folder is amazing, as are other supplies in the Farmhouse Suite!  I’ll be sharing more great samples so please come back often to take a look.  If you would like to receive notification when I post to my blog, just sign up in the box and you will receive notification whenever I make a post. Tomorrow is the official day when customers will be able to purchase from the 2018 Holiday and even though I have already been able to pre-order as a demonstrator, I am excited that the limits will be lifted and I’ll be able to place another order. Don’t you love this?  I will post a picture of my scrapbook page at a future date.  Always remember to capture your memories on camera so you can preserve them for future reminiscing and some good laughs too! Easy Z-Fold!

Posted by on Aug 27, 2018 in Big Shot, Birthday, Techniques, Thanks

Today’s share is a beautiful, easy Z-Fold that stamper’s made in the August Creative Folds class.  This fold was shared by Ronda Wade, so I chose the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper to make a masculine card and the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper to make for a special lady. The size of the DSP is 5 1/4″ x 8″, which is scored at 2″ and 4″.  The back section of DSP is glued onto an5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of coordinating cardstock.  The Z-Fold on this card shows the DSP off beautifully! The octopus stamp was sponged with Mint Macaron and Tranquil Tide and cut out with the coordinating die.   The flowers on the second card front from the Pop of Petals, were stamped on scrap Very Vanilla with Calypso Coral Classic Ink and punched out with the coordinating Four-Petal Flower Punch. Stampers loved these cards as I did!  In addition to making these cards, we also made two cards using the Rubber Band Technique below: Do you love these cards?  If you’d like to get fresh new crafting ideas, consider attending some stamping classes and get a chance to play with new stamps and products besides having fun with friends and making new friends.  Feel free to check my calendar for class updates and pick a class you like. Thanks for visiting today!  Have an amazing...
